Job Description
As a Family Therapist at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will provide non-medical therapeutic services that strengthen family relationships and promote healthy communication. You will work with families to identify challenges, develop strategies for problem-solving, and build resilience as a unit.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct family therapy sessions to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and support healthier dynamics.
- Provide psychoeducation to families about relationship patterns and strategies for growth.
- Support families experiencing transitions, stress, or trauma.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date family records, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Participate in professional development and regular team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- State licensure or certification.
- Proven experience working with families in therapeutic settings.
- Strong skills in communication, mediation, and systems thinking.
Ability to work independently and within a team structure.

Compensation: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
